An Eurovan.
Believe it or not, I’m seriously considering getting one, they’re becoming insanely cheap, and my wife said we need a seven seater, so that my mother-in-law can tag along. Oh happy days.
I think I’m going to go for a Citroën Evasion.

Get a Zeta. They are usually much better equipped.

On the other hand Zetas only came in 6-seat config. I neeeeeeeeeed 7. But otherwise yes. The team servicing the 505 has an Evasion and a Zeta, and they are telling me to get one pronto, because these are still serviceable, but go for peanuts.

Actually, a first-gen Espace is also something I have sympathy for, but the project this time would be a relatively safe (read: around or post 2000), air-conditioned long-hauler for the family. I was looking at 2005-vintage Mazda MPVs too, that would be another generation up from the Eurovan, but it’s also more complicated and more expensive. But nothing is done yet!

Previa? AWD 3 liter dorifto machine.
A Lancia Phedra is 7 seat.
An alternative is the Kia Joice, I spend a big part of my life in the 7th seat of one. It had fake wood on the dash.
